• 3 night minimum stay is required
• The contract has to include a minimum of 7 rooms (sleeps 16)
• The contract may include up to 10 rooms (sleeps 22)
• A 50% downpayment has to be made upon signing the contract
• This payment is non-refundable
• For bookings with dates within the next 6 months a 15% discount applies

• 3 suites with separate beds (2 twins or 2 queens)
• 3 suites with king beds 
• 1 penthouse unit that has 1 king bed + 2 twins in the mezzanine and a shared living space and bathroom

Owner's House (included if booking is based on 10 rooms) 

• 2 suites with king bed
• 1 suite with queen bed

There is the option of housing more retreat attendees at a nearby hotel, a block away. These accommodations are more basic, definitely a cheaper price point. 

This creates a little more flexibility in having 2 options of retreat packages. 

For example, you could choose to book 7 rooms at Casa Lenno + more economical accommodation nearby as an option, and everyone is welcome to join all activities in the Shala during the retreat.
