YOGA + MEDITATION + NATURE WALKS
The Good Life Retreat is a four day immersion experience of yoga and meditation in the highlands of Mexico. This is a time to slow down, nourish your body, and reset.
Our schedule will include morning yoga, nature walks, and meditation sessions. In between, there will be plenty of opportunity to unwind, lounge in the hammock, get a massage, or relax by the pool. We're only a short walk to San Miguel's historic center, so whenever the mood strikes, just follow the sounds of the church bells and wander down the hill through the cobblestone streets.
Casa Lenno is a stunning property with modern rustic interiors designed specifically for group gatherings. Our studio is perched by the trees and surrounded by views. The common areas and guest rooms offer a true indoor-outdoor living experience, conducive of relaxation and connection with nature.
We are a family run retreat center. Casa Lenno is a labor of love and an extension of our home. We curated this retreat with intention and care, driven by what we consider to be the most genuine experiences in San Miguel. For our daily offerings, we have the honour to be working with local meditation and yoga instructors who we admire and trust.
Whether you're seeking to establish a foundation of well-being or deepen your practice, The Good Life Retreat is an opportunity to slow down and nurture your self.

The average temperature in San Miguel de Allende in October ranges from a high of 76°F (25°C) to a low of 51°F (10°C). The sun is almost always shining, so pack a good sunscreen and a hat. Evenings can be cool, so bring your favourite comfortable sweater. A pair of slippers is nice to walk on the concrete floors. The cobblestone streets of San Miguel call for appropriate walking footwear.
