• all bookings require a 3 night minimum stay
• 7 rooms minimum 
• 10 rooms maximum 
• studio / event space is not available for rent by the day
• includes continental breakfast
• weddings include one event with a maximum of 70 guests 
• music cut off is at midnight  
• tents are not permitted on the lawn (only on the terraces)
